Order Processing Time
Handling window: Orders process within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and South African public holidays.
Cut-off time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM SAST (South African Standard Time) begin processing the next business day.
Confirmation: A tracking link is emailed as soon as the package is handed to the courier.
    International Shipping Rates and Delivery
    Carrier: All international parcels ship via air express services (e.g., DHL Express or FedEx).
    Delivery timeframe: Standard international transit takes 5 to 10 business days depending on destination customs clearance.
    Pricing structure: Rates calculate dynamically at checkout based on destination and package weight, or via flat-rate tiers per global zone.
      Customs, Duties, and Taxes
      Import fees: Shipments go out as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
      Customer responsibility: The buyer is responsible for paying any applicable local import duties, VAT, or clearance fees levied by their destination country upon arrival.
      Delays: The store is not liable for customs-related clearance delays.
        Restrictions and Exceptions
        Address limitations: We cannot deliver to international P.O. Box addresses or military APO/FPO bases.
        Restricted items: Certain goods may be restricted by specific international customs laws; orders violating local destination rules will be refunded and cancelled prior to dispatch
        • Product Exchanges & Sizing: Because international return shipping from your country to South Africa can be expensive, we highly encourage checking our Size Guide before purchasing. Should you need a size exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to South Africa, while we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.
        • Delicate Items (e.g. Sunglasses): All delicate items are thoroughly inspected and packed in rigid, protective hard cases before handover to the courier. Please inspect your package upon delivery. In the rare event that items arrive damaged due to transit, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can file an insurance claim and issue a replacement.
        • Volumetric vs. Actual Weight: International air express couriers charge based on whichever is greater: the physical weight or the volumetric size (Length x Width x Height / 5000).
        • Our Strategy: To keep your checkout shipping rates low, all soft apparel (bucket hats, t-shirts, and hoodies) is packed tightly in heavy-duty, waterproof poly-mailers to minimize volume. Structured items like sunglasses and caps are shipped in rigid, precisely-sized protective boxes to prevent crushing while avoiding excess air space.
